1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with cent.tech or using any of our software tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use our services.

2. Licensing and Account Rules

Each license key or account is strictly restricted to a single owner and a single computer via hardware lock. Account sharing, credential distribution, reverse engineering of the loader software, or attempting to bypass security constraints will result in immediate termination of membership without appeal.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Selling, trading, or commercial distribution of invitation codes or user accounts.
• Spamming, cluttering, or posting advertisements, malicious links, or irrelevant content inside the community forums.
• Fraudulent activities, including unauthorized transaction attempts or payment disputes.
• Harassment, malicious actions, or attempt to disrupt our compile engines or licensing platform services.

4. Subscription Refunds

All subscription payments are final, and refunds will not be given under any circumstances. Any payment disputes or chargebacks will result in permanent termination of your account and licensing access.
